Booking Process

• You can get information about the package through the website and you can WhatsApp us to inquire about the package you like.
• Once you finalize the package, we will share you the final quote on WhatsApp. For booking you have to deposit 50% amount as advance.
• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email or whatsapp within 30 mins of successful booking.
• Booking confirmation message will include contact number of camp manager, navigation link and address of campsite, payment details, and other necessary incformation

Kids Charges

• Kid Below 5 Year: Complimentary
• Kid 5 to 10 Year: 50% Charge
• Kid Above 10 Year: 100% Charge
• Id Proof is Required to verify the Age & Address. It may be asked during check-in at the campsite.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation before 30 days of arrival: 18% advance amount will be charged as canncellation fees. Rest will be refunded
• Cancellation between 0 to 14 days before of arrival: Advance amount in Non Refundable
• In case of no show, late check in or early check out, there will be no discount.

Terms & Conditions

• We reserves the right without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of this term and conditions.
• Visitors are required to follow activity and meal timings. At Night, Nobody is allowed to go near the Ganga river. Swimming in River Ganga is not allowed without wearing life Jackets.Carrying of firearms/weapon/drugs are strictly prohibited.
• No Refund, If visitors deny staying in the camps for any personal reason. We always provides the same camp and same package as mentioned on the website. Check and read all the camp details carefully before selecting the camp (Eg. facilities, distance from parking, photographs, etc.). In case of late check-in or early checkout, there will be no discount.
• We do not offer any in-room service. Similarly, serving/consumption of food/ beverages/smoking inside cottages is not permitted.
• Total decided package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons. Visitors are required to sign a disclaimer/liability waiver form on arrival. Please carry proof of identity. The camp facilities are exclusively for the resident guests. Drivers are required to make their own boarding and lodging arrangements.
• The balance amount should be paid during check-in time by cash. If the balance amount is not received by the camp during the specified time then the booking stands canceled (From Guest End)
• Unreasonable or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and the camp manager reserve the right to refuse the entry of anyone who is behaving badly and causing trouble to other holidaymakers. In such cases, we will not provide a refund for holiday days lost.
